Management services
The New Homes Quality Board Glossary of the terms used in the Code and Guidance, published by The New Homes Quality Board in 2021, defines Management Services as: ‘the maintenance, supply and service obligations and charges (including Event Fees and Leasehold charges), to which (if applicable to the relevant New Home) the Customer will be legally obliged to meet, after the New Home is purchased.’
